Service Description
When you book an initial consultation with me, you will receive an optional intake form for you to fill out prior to the session and, if you are comfortable doing so, I will ask you to send me a full-body photo of yourself, preferably taken with your phone’s timer, so only your energy will be imprinted on the photo. These sessions can take place live over Zoom or as absentee remote sessions, so please choose your preferred format when filling out the intake form. IMPORTANT: Please note that you cannot book a session for anyone other than yourself, unless you have the other person’s express permission in writing to book a session with me on their behalf. Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. Scheduled appointments may not be cancelled, but they may be rescheduled once up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time.* If you fail to reschedule your appointment within this 24-hour window and you do not show up for your appointment, you will not be refunded the amount paid for your session. You may reschedule an appointment by emailing me at info@apapach-arte.com. * Exceptions to this 24-hour rescheduling policy may apply under extraordinary circumstances.
