Service Description
Upon booking this initial, one-on-one Holographic BioalchemyTM transmission, you will receive an intake form for you to fill out prior to your session. During the session, we will discuss the details of your own specific case, and I will research any potential causes and solutions, so we can set a clear intention on how to guide this light frequency healing technology during the transmission. The clearer the intention, the better the results. After this initial session, you can either choose to continue with shorter, individual follow-up transmission sessions so we can continue to tweak this intention depending on your progress, or you can join the weekly group sessions offered at different times to accommodate people living in different time zones.
Cancellation Policy
🌿 Terms & Conditions — Individual Sessions By booking an individual session, you agree to the following terms: All sessions must be prepaid in full at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment. You may choose between a live Zoom session or an absentee remote session (when applicable). Please indicate your preference clearly when booking your session. You may not book a session on behalf of someone else unless you provide clear written permission from that individual. Healing work requires full and conscious consent. Exceptions may apply in the case of minors or individuals who are not legally or mentally able to provide informed consent, in which case written consent must be provided by their parent, legal guardian, or authorized healthcare proxy. The energy work and tools shared are not intended to replace licensed medical or psychological care. You are solely responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being and choices. Any preparatory materials provided (including intake forms, instructions, or pre-session reflections) are intended to optimize your healing experience and should be completed to the best of your ability. Frequency Remedy sessions may require additional time or communication after the call. Charges for time beyond the initial consult will be clearly discussed with you in advance. 🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy — Individual Sessions Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee to cover payment processing and administrative time — or may be rescheduled once at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled one time at my discretion and depending on availability. No-shows (without prior notice) are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, except in cases of emergency. If something unexpected happens, please reach out — I value open and respectful communication. For remote absentee sessions, no refunds are possible once the transmission has been initiated. If you need to cancel, please do so before your session window begins.
